Dear Basildon Tennis Club Members

Hopefully by now you will have received an email from the LTA about OPTING IN for this year's Wimbledon Ballot. The deadline is Friday 14^th  February 2020.

Our allocation of tickets is dependent on the number of members who opt in. Last year our response was fantastic and we were allocated 11 pairs of tickets, 2 more pairs than 2019 and our most successful number yet!

Please OPT IN even if you do not want to be entered into the Ballot as it will be supporting Basildon Club and the other members. All paid up members from 11 years upwards are eligible to enter. Apologies to any parent who has been sent this email and whose child is under 11.

Failure to register means that the LTA will not allow you to take part in the Basildon ticket ballot in 2020. It is also a requirement to have paid your Basildon Club subscription by 1st April 2020 in order to have entry into the ballot.

Below are easy directions to register. Make sure that you have put Basildon Tennis Club RG8 8NU as your club and not Basildon in Essex.

You will receive an email from the LTA to confirm that you have OPTED IN

Closing date is 14^th February 2020

To confirm that you are a member of Basildon Club:

Click on Your Venues

Click on Add a Venue

Put in Basildon Tennis Club RG8 8NU
