Get Fighting Fit for the New Season!!!

You will be receiving information on coaching sessions available to you through the spring/summer shortly, however, in order to get the most out of this and to become a better tennis player, you need to have a good strong core and cardio fitness.  We are incredibly fortunate to have Circuits sessions being run in the Village Hall.  Believe me, if you were to participate in these classes even for 2 weeks, you would see the difference on court (I know I do!).

The sessions offer two options at each station (easy/hard), so every standard is catered for, so no excuses!  The sessions are ridiculously inexpensive at £1 in Feb and £3 thereafter (£2 for any additional family member).  

Sessions:
Mondays & Wednesdays  6.45pm - 7.45pm
Sundays 10am

If you would like to sign up to these sessions (you can go on an ad-hoc basis),
